Bath Beach is located on the scenic east coast of Barbados, in the parish of St. John. The area was once as a former stop on the Barbados Railway, which operated from 1881 to 1937. This railway once connected Bridgetown to Belleplaine, serving as a vital mode of transportation at that time.

Today, train track pilings are still visible and can be seen between Consett Bay and eastern Bath Beach.

Bath Beach is also known for its calm waters. It is one of the few beaches on the east coast that is suitable for swimming.
