The Eurasian Collared Dove, or just The Col- lared Dove is a medium-sized dove. They are grey to pink-grey overall. On the neck is a black half-collar with white edges on its nape. Their eyes are red, the bill is black and the legs are short and red. The two sexes are very similar. Collared Doves are similar in length with a pigeon, but slimmer with longer tail feathers.
Collared Doves typically breed close to human habits or wherever there are trees around for nesting and food resources. Females lay 2 white eggs in a stick nest. The song is a coo- COO-coo, repeated six times.
