The Orange Spotted Lady Beetle are exquisitely tiny beetles, The Orange Spotted Lady Beetle feeds mainly on aphids, scale insects and other small, soft-bodied insects. It is a predator which specializes on aphids as an adult and larva, which it hunts in grass, shrubs and small bushes.


identification: These Beetles are usually 4mm long. They are round or oval dome-shaped, with bold markings. They are black or dark brown in colour with Yellow-Orange spots on the elytra.
They are more elongated than other members of its Genus.
