The Brown Moon Snail is a
predatory sea snail, a marine
gastropod mollusk in the
family Naticidae.


IDENTIFICATION: The shell
is thick and globular, with
a short flattened spire and
large body whorl. The back
ground color is light brown
to golden brown, with dark
er shades on the suture. The
aperture is wide and white in
colour
