They have been collected, used for tools, art and jewelry. Most people who have been to the beach, even if just on the shore or in the water, have probably seen or picked up a shell or two. This book can be used to identify and learn more about Conchology (study or collection of molluscs and shells). All specimens in this book are commonly found in Barbados and throughout the Caribbean Sea.
